おはようございます。3月17日SHIPの朝礼を始めます。
昨年も紹介しましたが、9月3日に開催される一般社団法人建設職人甲子園が主催する第六回建設職人甲子園 全国決勝大会の最終予選の４社の取り組みがYoutubeチャンネルにアップされています。普段は5分で読んで5分でコメントと言ってますが、これは１社８分ほどありますので全体では約32分、朝のうちに全部見るのは難しいと思いますが、当社のお客様の同業者の取り組みにぜひ触れていただきたいと思います。この動画には「集客」とか「イベント」とか、ふだん私達がお客様と話す内容はありませんが、事業体の根幹である経営理念やビジョン、現場職人さんの言葉や顔つき、姿勢、困難ややりがいなど、知っておいた方が良いことがたくさんつまっています。

本日もよろしくおねがいいたします。
リーマンショック、3.11、現金不払い、コロナウイルス、など、多くの困難を乗り越えていき、そこで芽生えた想いや考え方などに触れることができました。
社長と社員が一緒に乗り越え、そこで起きた問題を解決しようと考え行動した結果が現在の姿と感じました。
お客様だけでなく、社員を大切にされているからこそ熱い想いの方が多いのかなと感じました。
会社の理念を理解し、同じ想いや考えの方が集まった集団、会社で抱えている問題を自分ごととして考え、行動することが素晴らしいと感じました。

サポート担当をさせていただいている、代表理事のM社に訪問した時に、社長が想いと、職人と工務店の絆について沢山お話ししていただいて、感動したのを覚えています。
普段は見えない職人さんの根底の想いや理念共感の部分を掘り下げることで会社への愛や恩返しになるという考え方にすごく共感しました。
入社時に立てた目標の「会社と恋愛する」をまさに体現している内容だと思うので、機会があればぜひ生で参加してみたいです！

今週もありがとうございました。
夏くらいに職人甲子園の事を知りましたが、何をしているのかを把握していませんでした。これを機に知っていきます。
リフォーム産業新聞でも掲載されていましたが、人材育成の問題はどの会社にも起こりうる問題だと改めて感じました。
シップでも今環境の整備を行なっていると思いますが、職人さんの間でも新しい人が働けるようにするため、企業理念、経営理念のビジョンに沿った環境を作っており、共感してその会社にいるからこそ、熱意や覚悟が伝わってきました。
こういった熱意や覚悟を受け止めて、ウェブサイトに表現して伴走者としてお客様のために最大限サポートしていきます。

この二次予選通過した企業様が9/3に大宮レイボックホールで発表を行います。
ただ建設職人甲子園の醍醐味は
単に優勝を狙うだけでなく、
チームビルディングに取り組む過程、取り組んだ後、今後どうするのか、というところにあります。
だからこそ、過去のエントリー企業様も
今でも深く関わりを持って
盛り上げていこうという流れが
あると思います。
営業チームでも共有して進めてますが、
シップのお客様にも声かけし、
一緒に9/3は参加できるようにしていきます。
